Tickets are non refundable 

Tickets are transferable – please advise any company or name changes

In the event that we are unable to hold the luncheon due to Covid restrictions, we will offer the choice of:

Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the event:

Full refund minus online transaction fee of 3.5%

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event:

Option 1: Catering services or credit to the same value at The Grove or at any of our venues www.rms.co

Option 2: 75% refund of the ticket value 

Option 3: for group bookings of 8+ people, and in the event restrictions allow offices to remain open, we will deliver catering packages to one office location

In accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act, we reserve the right to refuse to service alcohol to guests under the age of 18 and guests who are deemed intoxicated by our staff. We also reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask guests who are behaving in an inappropriate manor, to leave the premises.
